Agent Fit Score

85 / 100

Intermediate

Logic0 / 100

Measures task variability. Low = rule-based; high = requires judgment/generalization.

Adaptability0 / 100

Measures how much the system must adapt over time. High = memory, personalization, or policy drift handling.

Outcomes0 / 100

Measures predictability of 'one right answer.' High = multiple acceptable answers with confidence.

Actioning0 / 100

Measures current reliance on humans (review/approval/exception handling). Higher = agents can add value by coordinating people-in-the-loop.

Integration Surface0 / 100

Measures integration surface/orchestration complexity. High = agents shine as routers/decision-makers across tools.

Agent Fit Score

Know exactly which RPA processes are ideal candidates for AI agent optimization, with a five-dimension scoring framework that evaluates logic, outcomes, adaptability, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Agent Assessment is a beta product. These are the questions we hear most often from teams evaluating it for their first automation portfolio review.

Does Agent Assessment work with all RPA platforms?

Yes, organizations running UiPath, Blue Prism's Chorus, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA tools can still use Agent Assessment by uploading a formatted Excel file with their process data. The assessment, scoring, and ROI modelling features work the same way regardless of how the processes were originally built.

What data does Agent Assessment need to get started?

At minimum, Agent Assessment needs a process catalog with names, descriptions, type, frequency (runs per day), average handle time, and status. For Agent Fit scoring, you'll also provide five dimension scores (0–100 each) plus a justification. ROI modeling uses license, operations, and maintenance cost inputs you configure directly in the tool. You can bring all of this in via UiPath Orchestrator, Excel upload, or manual entry.

How are Agent Fit scores calculated?

The total Agent Fit score is a weighted composite of five dimensions: Logic (25%), Adaptability (25%), Outcomes (20%), Actioning (15%), and Integration Surface (15%). Each dimension is scored 0–100. The resulting total maps to a capability tier — Minimal, Emerging, Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced — which determines how we describe the process's agentic readiness. Note: processes imported via spreadsheet use a simple average across dimensions until scores are edited manually in the tool.

What does a strong vs. weak migration candidate look like?

Strong candidates typically score 60 or above on Agent Fit (with the best sitting at 80+), show positive modeled savings with a reasonable payback period, and carry a high migration priority when the assessment is complete. Weak candidates tend to have low scores — often because the process is too rule-based and deterministic to benefit from agentic capabilities — or have significant prerequisites that make migration expensive relative to the projected upside.

Can I export the analysis results?

Yes, all analysis results including Agent-fit scores, ROI calculations, and migration roadmaps can be exported for reporting and planning purposes.
